
CONFERENCE INFO
MIMUN’s immersive nature requires schools to stay at the hotel during the full duration of the conference.
To ensure a room block, schools must pay a fixed registration fee after completing their registration.
Registration fee
Early bird fee (MAX Nov, 1st) - $3,500 MXN
Regular fee (MAX Dec, 31st) - $4,000 MXN
Late fee (AS OF Jan, 1st) - $4,500 MXN
Upon registration payment, schools will receive their assigned positions depending on their number of delegates.
Delegate fee
Early bird fee (MAX Dec, 1st) - $6,100 MXN
Regular fee (MAX Jan, 23rd) - $6,300 MXN
Late fee (AS OF Jan, 24th) - $6,500 MXN
The delegate fee is payed per student, it covers their stay at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, as well as some of their meals and their participation in MIMUN and all the extra activities we offer.
FACULTY ADVISOR fee
Single room Regular fee (MAX Jan, 23rd) - $8,500 MXN
Double room Regular fee (MAX Jan, 23rd) - $9,000 MXN
Single room Late fee (AS OF Jan, 24th) - $9,000 MXN
Double room Late fee (AS OF Jan, 24th) - $10,000 MXN
At least one adult is required to stay at the hotel with their school group. Schools may bring more than one advisor if they wish, and they may share a room or stay in separate single rooms.
shoulder nights
Single room (up to 2 people) - $2,500 MXN per night
Double room (up to 4 people) - $4,500 MXN per night
Schools from abroad may arrive up to 3 days earlier and leave up to 3 days later. The cost for the extra nights is per room, not per person.
